The reason is, that activity 633 contains students set 2LB.
But students set 2LB has a home room constraint with room T-01B. (*** This is sadly not visible in FET->Data->Activities. Liviu: Why is it not visible here that the students home room set is also related to activity 633? ***)
FET can't place activity 633, because the room is already used by Nulla 1LC.
So if you unlock the rooms of all activities, then FET can place Nulla 1LC in an other room and solve the timetable.
