I've looked in the results folder and can't see an appropriate report. Is it a case of going through the teachers' timetables individually?

Depending on what you are looking for.
The best file to start is in the fet-results folder with the name *_index(.html), since you will be warned there if not all activities are placed.
Also in that file you get links to the conflicts (broken constraint with less then 100% weight) and you can also see links there to the statistics files for students and teachers.
The xml files are normaly not useful in your case, but of course you can check each timetable there also.
