I have a problem, which is that some teachers live far from the institution. This means that they commute daily, and in a morning-afternoon system, there is an issue where the teacher teaches the first two periods of the morning session and then has to wait until the afternoon to teach the remaining classes. This creates a three-hour gap for these teachers. Therefore, we propose an arrangement that allows for a continuous sequence of classes between morning and afternoon, specifically designed for these teachers.
Use this:
FET -> Data -> Time constraint -> Others (2) -> A set of activities occupie max from a selection.
Add all activities of that 2 teachers.
Select all time slots.
Set as maximum value at least the number of the highest working number of hours for that teachers.
If you think a bit more about it, then you will notice that this might to too strict and unfair in comparision to the other teachers.
So in normal case you just also add the number of gaps, that you allow per week.
So if both teachers work for example 28 hours per week and you have 3 gaps per week, then you should set 31 as maximum value.

You are talking about a single teacher, don't you.
Please use teacher max gaps PER REAL DAY constraint.
