Title: on-duty teachers
Post by: ilkerkaan on October 23, 2023, 03:38:20 PM
Hello, I would like to thank everyone who contributed to the course distribution program. Can an additional module be added to this program? After the daily 9-hour lesson distribution process is completed, can "on-duty teachers" be distributed according to the vacant lesson hours of the teachers within the determined lesson hours?
Example; Teachers' lesson hours in 1-5 lesson hours and 6-9 lesson hours will be calculated. It will distribute "duty teachers" to duty stations during the periods when it has the least number of classes (1-5 or 6-9).
Thanks for all

If it is a paid on duty hour, then i just add them as an activity without students. So the teacher can still have a low number of gaps. It the hour is not regularly paid, then i just keep it as a "gap"/"no activity".
You can see those hours in the "teacher's free periods" timetable (and the paid duty hours in the subject timetable, since they get a special subject).

You you can plan/use/select this hours (the duty hours and also the free gaps/no activities) very good with software TiTiTo. See here:
