For some reasons I cannot downlaod exe file at the downlaod section of the homepage section. I am a beginnner in trying this so wonder if I do it totally incorrect. Appreciate your help.

You need to download the Windows 64bit executable for Windows 10 or later. I think Windows 11 is only 64bit, but if you need 32bit there is also a link for that on the FET Download section.
You might need to click something like "More options" and "Allow to run program anyway" if your Windows does not allow you to execute fet-6.14.1.exe.
fet-6.14.1.exe is a self-extracting exe file, after that you will find a directory fet-6.14.1, and you need to run/double-click fet.exe in it.
