Title: Set up 2 classrooms in 2 buildings for 1 class in the morning and afternoon.
Post by: danghoan on February 20, 2024, 04:15:50 AM
For example, I have a morning class in room A1 in building A and an afternoon class in room B2 in building B, so how do I set it up?
Thank you very much for all your help.

I don't understand. Aren't preferred rooms constraints enough?

Sorry for my unclear question.
What I mean is:
For instance, I have class 6A: In the morning, class 6A learns Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry in room A1 at building A. In the afternoon, this class learns Literature, English... in room B1 at building B.
Could you please guide me on how to do this?
Thank you very much.

No problem!

You need to use the constraint students set max 0 building changes per (real) day in hourly interval. One or two constraints, depending if you use for day / real day or if you use the mornings-afternoons or the official mode.

Hmm... you might even use the constraint students set max 0 building changes per day (without specifying an interval) if you use the mornings-afternoons mode.
