Title: How do I assign room numbers to the timetable?
Post by: Ariful Islam on June 28, 2024, 09:37:59 AM
I have created a timetable. Its output is fine, but no room number is showing in the output timetable. How do I assign room numbers to the timetable? I will be benefited if any kind hearted person gives proper guidelines.

I have attached the file for ease of understanding or viewing.

You forgot to attach the file.

You need to add space constraints. I think the easiest is subject preferred rooms.

I saw your file. I think the easiest is to add two constraints activity tag preferred rooms.

Thank you very much. As I wanted, the problem was solved.
Do I have to constrain one by one room at a time for my 250 subjects? Is there a way to import it into Excel or .xml?
Otherwise it will be more than a titanic task!

The fet data file format is XML. You can see a small file with a text or XML editor and imitate it.
