Thank you for report. I can sadly confirm the bug. I am currently working on other stuff and I as far as I know Liviu will be home late today. So it will take a few hours until we can fix that.
No, Vu Ngoc and Volker, it is not a bug, but a feature! FET considers the room changes per week = sum of room changes per day, for each day (the same for buildings). So on different days you can have different rooms (but the same room each day).
If you want the same room throughout the week, please use more constraints activities occupy max 1 different rooms, each one for all the activities of a students' set.
hmm... Should be written/explained more detailed in the dialog of the constraint. I must admit I also forgot it.
I am not sure, Volker. To me the current behavior seems natural. It is the same as max gaps per week, the sum of gaps on each day.
I think it depends how one interprets the constraint "max room changes per week". The constraint itself might mean either "max DAILY room changes per week" or "max WEEKLY room changes per week". It seems that most people tend to interpret the constraint as "max WEEKLY room changes per week".

Thank you, Vangelis! I already added, as suggested by Volker, explanatory strings in these dialogs (I also sent an email to the translators, including yourself, with these strings).
Vangelis variant (adding DAILY) is also nice.
