Currently, if you have a comment into your .fet file containing end line characters, these are not correctly exported into HTML. For example:
a) .fet comments:
This is line 1
This is line 2
This is line 4
b) when you view the HTML exported timetables in the browser, you see:
This is line 1 This is line 2 This is line 4
Should me and Volker change this, so that when you view the HTML timetables, you see them like in point a)?
Edited to add: you may prefer as it is now (case b)), because the text is more compact.
Hello:
I prefer that these comments don't export to html, that only can be read in fet file.
Thanks

I don't agree.
It is easy for a user to regenerate the timetable with comments removed or modified (from the FET interface), if he/she does not want comments. But many users might want to include some comments in their HTML timetables.
I tend to prefer HTML timetables containing multi-line comments, like in a) (unlike current behavior of FET). Volker already implemented this simple change, and if nobody will be against, it will be officially added in a few days.
Between a) and b) I prefer a).
Thanks
Volker did a). Please see Snapshots section here on the forum for details. Please test and tell us if you like the new style.
