Title: FET in Open Suse edu
Post by: veki on August 21, 2008, 07:07:47 AM
Hello,

I suggested to Opensuse edu guys to include FET in their add-on CD for regular opensuse edu distribution. They accepted, so we can expect that FET will be offered to wider audiences.

Thanks,

Veki

Thank you also! I received yesterday e-mails from an openSuse representative.

PS: Maybe you can share with us your FET experience (in a new topic maybe?) and share your input file.

Hi. I was pleased to find FET in openSuse Edu. and have produced my first timetable ever. That means it must be simple to use :). Now I note that the version on OpenSuse is nearly a year old so I guess its even better.  I look forward to the update being available through OpenSuse. Thanks for great software.

Thanks for letting us know!

I strongly advise you (and other users) to use the latest version, as it contains many improvements. You could try to compile, and if you cannot succeed, we shall guide you.
