You have solved the issue .
What I meant by the statistic is that the load is 21 period per week and the actual available as per the schedule is 25 per week.  SO there is a a gap of four period per week. How do I increase the max count to 25 period per week?

Hi ,
Firstly I want to thank you for making our lives easy with the FET software. Though it has a learning curve but over a period of time I am slowly trying to  grasp the software GUI . I require  a  few  inputs from the forum.

• The routine has a max count of twenty five per week but it is only showing a max of 21 how do i increase it to 25?
• Each class has four free period how do I push it  to last period?
• I tried introducing a free as a subject but it is not generating and showing a error that max is 21hrs how do I get over it.

I have attached the FET file and the hours screen shot for your reference.
