Hi Liviu

Yes, you are right. I could have used the Official version.
And I did. I was merely trying my hand at the MA version.

I include a copy of the same timetable done in the Official version (for the same school).

Hi Liviu

Please note this timetable had been compiled in the MA version of FET (6.0.4).

I wish to submit this sample file/timetable for Masakheke High School, South Africa, Western Cape, Robertson.
Please  ADD the attached file.

Thank you.

Eric.
PS. Thanks for the great work you are Volker are doing!

 Hi guys

Why not simply pin the executable to the taskbar?

Hi Liviu

The attached picture is what I see when
I stop the simulation.

I have no idea how to interpret it though.

Again thanks for your support.

General Stuff / Re: Pinpoint Problem

Hi Liviu

Thanks for your prompt response.

I still do not understand. 5 slots had been allocated to Admin periods (to 7 C2) - not to SI.
Si could not possibly have taken up the slots allocated to the 5 Admin periods?
Or am I missing something?

Also the number of periods per class is fixed (35 + 5 Admin).

I just wish to understand.

General Stuff / Pinpoint Problem
April 08, 2021, 08:48:57 AM
Hi Liviu

Greetings and I hope things are going well.

I have, what I think, is a simple problem. Yet I cannot solve it.
FET wont compile a timetable for 7 C2.
The only constraint is that the "Admin" has a preferred starting time as indicated (for 7 C2).

I cannot understand what the problem is. I do not want to continue with
the Timetable until this problem had been solved.

I had taken the liberty of attaching the file.

I need a pair of fresh eyes to look at this issue.

Thank you.

General Stuff / Copy Data from Activities Dialog
February 26, 2021, 04:21:03 AM
Hi Liviu

Is it possible to copy all the data in the "Activities dialog" to Word (and print it)?
Reason being I developed some timetables in in prior FET versions (when categories were not retained in the
in the "Divide year by selecting categories".

a). I will then retype the activities in the latest version, e.g. FET 5.49.0 OR
b). Paste the copied data into the "Activities dialog" of FET 5.49.0.

Thanks

So please remove that file and ADD the attached file.

General Stuff / Re: Categories again!

Hi Liviu

The timetable generates just fine with a grade that has no categories. In the Data, Activities, Add , no categories are shown, as expected.

However, I just find the line in your last post a bit confusing. Please see the attachment.

Thanks

Hi Liviu

The change works well, in both versions that you sent me.

Just note the difference in the two diagrams.
Or am I just nitpicking?

Thanks
