This sounds like what I need but please, where can I get the virtual rooms and where do I set it up to enable an activity to occupy more than one room? i.e. it is a room or time constraint etc?

The idea behind this is to manage the rooms well due to some activities having more students than each of our rooms can take.

Please, is it possible to split one activity to occupy more than one room when the timetable is generated?
For example, if an activity has 500 students it should be able to split into two rooms with if the available rooms have a capacity of 300 each.

Please, I want to know possible is it to get a report (CSV preferably) that shows the total number of students per activity.
Note: This information is already available in the Data->Activities but that is manual. I want to be able to export such information into a CSV format.

The goal of this request is to enable us to ascertain the total number of students per day for all the activities. This is needed for managing the numbers during the examination period, especially in this covid period.

Side note and question, is it possible to get the Database of Fet to query it for more information? If this is not available then I believe it will be an added advantage and should be considered in the feature release.

Hi, please, when the timetable is generated it doesn't assign rooms for activities with more than two teachers even though I have assigned the teachers the same set of available rooms.
Please, what am I not doing right?

Let's say I have 50 activities;

I want to want to avoid having more than 10 activities placed in a day for the five days.
I want to set the maximum activities for a day to be 10 per day in that case.

Hi, please, is it possible to restrict the total or maximum number of activities per day in FET?

Say, if there are 10 activities, you don't want FET to place more than 2 activities per day.
