You are working in the Terms mode and the number of days per week (5) is not equal to the number of terms (4) x the number of days per term (45) - please correct this before generating.

Hello, Please help me, I filled in the terms and cannot get rid of them. we do not have the same number of days in every term and this is now causing me issues. How to I remove the terms?

Thank you. I will try the suggestions.  The problem is that we have more lessons than days in all subjects, so they will invariably have a double lesson which is good, but a triple lesson is purgatory!

Good day, how do I stop the programme from giving me 3 lessons in a subject in a day? One is a double lesson which is okay, but I have an extra lesson I must get rid of.

I managed to run my timetable. Hallelujah and it took less than 60 seconds!   New question now:
Our junior students have an assessment slot once a week for a double lesson - always on a Tuesday lessons 1 and 2; our senior students have 2 assessment double lesson slots a week - Tuesday lessons 1 and 2 and Friday lessons 1 and 2. And then we have our community meeting / assembly on a Friday last lesson.

How would I go about ensuring that those assessment slots are left blank?  Do I just block out 2 consecutive lessons and not being available on the timetable for everybody on a Tuesday, and the last lesson in Friday, and then I presume I go to the senior students subject packages and make constraints blocking them from having lessons in lessons 1 and 2 on Friday as well?  My number of allocated lessons is correct for this to happen.

I have a few tricky scenarios:
a. I have a subject package of Business / Art / Physical SCience with 3 teachers.  These lessons must happen in the same slot.  The teachers are set for these subjects.  Do I enter the subject as Bus/Art/Phys Sci? If I do, how do I enter the staff? As two sep staff or must I them as Staff1/Staff2? 
b. When I put in the subject activities - there are 6 lessons for Maths for example.  Where do I put the 6.  We have 5 days, and they can have 1 double.  How do I specify this.  I am finding it hard to understand your instructions.

Good morning, I have tried all the suggestions you made to one of the other timetablers.  Could you please help me? . My timetable is for 6 different grades/ years for 8 lessons. I have blocked off the snack and lunch breaks and the registration.  Should I maybe remove those and only do the lessons?You cannot view this attachment.
I have now managed to get it to run, but it won't split the 5 lessons into 5 lessons - it insists on doing them in blocks of 5 lessons
