Is there a way to handle the case where a teacher (or several teachers for that matter) is capable of teaching several different subjects so the software can assign teachers to subjects depending on availability?

First of all, let me say thanks and congratulations on this excellent piece of software!  I am a professor in Guatemala and we are planning to use this software for next semester.  I have two questions, first, is there a way to import or upload the data from a predefined format file, like cvs, txt, xls, etc?  If the answer is yes, the second question is not relevant but if there is no way of doing that, we plan to have several people entering data manually, so my question is, is there a way to allow more than one person to work on the application simultaneously?  Thanks so much for your help.
