  Thanks for your response.. If i give split = 5, min days = 2, and total duration = 7 ie (Duration = 2+2+1+1+1) in activity field, it converts the total duration for that particular teacher to 100.

  Will you kindly change one activity in that attachment, so that i will follow the same procedure for all other 23 teachers.

  Kindly help to debug this error..  This error is not only showing for that individual id 1, it is coming for all, the entire total 124 activity.. Thanks in advance..
