The first sample was done with a very old version. It shows how to swap. As you can see it might be problematic to swap if the is for example a room conflict. But even with those conflicts you can swap now. You can see that in the other video.
If there is no conflict you only need to double click and select a free slot. That is not too complicated for most guys.
