I like it, it looks very pro with those colors and the straight lines in the headers.

Again :) I would sugget to think about a logo for FET
because everything in this world and in internet has a distint logo or a symbol which is used to easily recognize the thing
Maybe you can just write the word "FET" in some graphic way
Look for example how SUN company write his logo which is used on OppenOffice suite

I am bad at graphics. Better nothing than a poor logo.
