Multiple processor optimization?

Hello!

I am currently thinking of doing multiple processor optimization (a single
timetable generation done in multiple threads).

It seems possible.

Is this useful?

Theorically, it will be usefull, but we cant judge untilll doing some comparative tests

It is not easy, but I will think about it and maybe try it.

It may speed up generation nicely, maybe 2 times faster on dual core and 4 times faster on quad core.

I'll leave the user the option to choose the number of threads.
