help in timetabling

hi everyone,
I am new to timetabling and I was assigned to this role for the coming semester for the collage I am working at. the problem as follows:
we have the following subjects with related number of tutors:
subject                               number of tutors
4* maths                                    3 tutors                     
2* english                                    9 tutors                                   
2*IT                                            6
1*Pal                                           6

I need to distribute 240 students amongst the above different levels of subjects. the problem is that I need some english and IT subjects not to conflict with maths.

I am not sure I understand, but maybe you need constraint activities not overlapping.
