Categories and Divisions

I would like to have more divisions per category if possible:

Category 1 - 16 divisions;
Category 2 - 12 divisions;
Category 3 - 12 divisions;
Category 4 - 12 divisions;

Would that be possible?

We talked by email and Bobby said 16, 8, 6, 6 divisions are enough, so I think I will add in such a way.
