Maximum periods for a Subject

Hi

I have a subject which is 5 periods a week, and the working days is 5 , here the requirement is that the students should get one period every day.

The problem is this period is divided into two activities one activity with 2 splits and the other activity with 3 splits.
The activity with 2 splits has one teacher in the class where as for the activity with 3 splits two teachers are there in the class.
How can i define the constrain that the subject should be taken only one time for each day?

2 options:

a) use a activity with split 5. and add the first teacher.
then modify subactivities and change the teacher.

or
b) add 2 activities.
now add manualy a min n day constraint with 100% and add all subactivities of the 2 activities
