split into .... activities per week

Hi there

I have entered all my classes and subjects but the activities per week is greyed out so I cannot enter how many times each lesson is repeated. Have I not filled the previous data in correctly?

are you talking about "modify" an activity? I am sorry. you can't modify hours that way (only teachers, students, subjects, ...). It isn't possible that way, because normally one or more constraints are linked with activities.
if you already entered all activities, just with incorrect number of hours, then the best way is to change is:
a) export csv file. modify the activities-csv file. delete all activities in FET and import the modified csv file.
or
b) use FET -> Advanced -> Activity Planning. (Here you need to delete them (just a single click) and add them again (with correct number of hours and teachers.)
