Edit comments in Constraints

Hello,

I see there are empty comments fields Constriants in .fet file.

I would like to have it editable eg. note reason why room is unavailable.

The constraints' comments / activate/deactivate are accessible only from all time/space constraints' dialogs. There is too much work / not enough space to add the comments / activate/deactivate options to each separate constraint's dialog.
