To assign activities to the preferential classrooms, do I have to do it for each individual activity or is there a way to do it quickly?
Thank you

Of course you can do it quickly. You have preferred room(s) constraints of all types: for a subject, for an activity tag, or for a subject+an activity tag. Then, home rooms. Preferred rooms are stronger than home rooms.

You can add activity tags for activities just for this purpose - as you prefer.

My problem is that FET does not respect the fact that some activities take place in one building and others in other buildings. Although I have created the buildings and associated the classrooms with the buildings, the program places hours of different buildings consecutively in the timetable of the teachers, not respecting the 1 hour hole constraint for the movement that I have foreseen.
It seems that this problem can be solved by assigning activities to individual buildings. I wanted to know if this is the only way and if so, how to associate each activity with the preferred classroom. I'm new and I have no clear syntax. Do I have to do it from the program or insert some specific tags in the .csv file?
Thanks so much.

This would be a FET bug, which is improbable. But if you consider you found a bug send me your file and a starting random seed (X and Y) so that I can replicate the same behavior, and/or a locked file (_data_and_timetable.fet), and show me where the bug is met (the teacher, the day and the hours).

You can associate an activity to a specific room by a (activity|subject|tag|subject+tag) preferred room constraint. Or to a room FET will choose by a preferred rooms constraint (so, more rooms for FET to choose from).

You can do it from the program or from the CSV, if I understand correctly the question.

Please let me know.
