Group Subdivision Question - Time Limits

Hello everyone,
I am fairly new to FET and would like some support with this error message. I have a group of students (10th Grade) which subdivides into Regular and Advanced Math. When I create the subgroup and try go generate schedule I get the message below telling me that group has already reached limit of alloted hours. This is not taking into account that part of the class stays in Regular Math and the other half moves on to Advanced math at the same time. How do I get around this. Thank so much in advance for any support  .
