I realized that there is a constraint called "Max simultaneous activities from a set in selected time slots" which is probably what I want.

I select all the subjects of Programming and then select all periods with X. Is that simple?

Yup! I have tested with a small example and it works with Time constraints > Activities > Others (2) > Max simultaneous activities from a set in selected time slots. No overlapping above 2!! I hope it works with the main timetable...
