min hours daily with activity tag

Do you think it is possible to have a "MIN hours daily with activity tag" constraint?
It would be very useful for me because I have pseudo activities and I want to avoid to have teachers with only one real hour per day followed or preceeded by one pseudo-activity.

It would be probably quite complicated, as I did not analyze yet all the implications; but I am adding it into the TODO list.
