How to assign 50 % in first half and 50% in second half for lecture class

I am aiming to distribute lecture time evenly for all teachers, with 50% dedicated to the first half and the remaining 50% to the second half. I was wondering if there is a feasible constraint/option that could facilitate this across all teachers.

Yes and no. Not a single one, because that might be impossible as soon as you have a odd number of subactivities. You need to think yourself about those situation.
But with an even number of subactivities it is possible. You only need in worst case as many constraints as the larges number of sub-activities of an activity.

I recommend to do it by subject, since by that it is probably easier to care about different number of subactivities per subject. So at most school there are not many constraints to add, since there are not so many subjects. Try it with the core subjects first and use it for other subjects only if it is working fine.
