Good morning Liviu, I want to compliment you on the software. Fantastic. I wanted to ask if it is possible to complete this schedule. There are many constraints. After 64 hours, It places 267 out of 269 activities. Is it possible to understand what the problem is? Thank you.
Sorry for my English (chatgpt).

Good morning, Nando,

You don't need to wait so much on your file. I tried to deactivate teachers min gaps between buildings changes and it solves very easily. So you might need to reconsider this constraint. Maybe add only for some teachers, and generate to check that it solves, then add for some other teacher, and so on.

Thank you for the appreciation! Unfortunately, it is very hard living out of free software, so I would appreciate if you would recommend financial support from your institution.

Thank you. The gap for changing buildings cannot be eliminated. The buildings are far apart. I asked the school to contribute to the great work you are doing.

You are welcome! Thank you!

I did not mean to eliminate this constraint. Try to add it only for some teachers, until there is a teacher who cannot respect it. This teacher is too constrained. Or think about why this constraint cannot be respected. Maybe you added other infeasible constraints.

I tried some more. I deactivated the constraint teachers min 1 gaps between building changes and added for each teacher a constraint. Then I deactivated/activated these individual constraints until I managed to obtain a solvable file with only the exception of Filxxx, which remained deactivated in my files. I attach the file and a solution (don't mind the warning, FET-6.25.3 is only on my hard disk for now).

I advise you to check the solution, and maybe you will notice the impossibility/possible mistake of yours.
