Teacher not available times - x hours one day or another

What's the correct way to set up a schedule like the one in the picture? The teacher asked that on Wednesday or Thursday, he starts with the 5th or later period. So far, I have two versions of the file, but maybe there's a way to do this in a single file ;-)
