Limit a group to 3 days a week on a 5 day timetable

Hi,

I am currently planning the timetable for a Sports Department at a FE College in the UK. I have to timetable 15 groups. Some groups have restrictions, for instance the KS4 are only in on a Tuesday.

However, I have managed to work out how to limit a group to a certain and or specific day, but I was wondering if there is a rule I can apply to tell FET to timetable and limit a group to 3 full days out of 5, but which days does not matter.

I hope this makes sense, cause I am not sure if it does to me.
