How to lower constraints

Hi there
While I was generating my timetable I got this error message

Simulation impossible! Maybe you can consider lowering the constraints. تم حفظ النتائج في المسار C:\Users\hp\fet-results\timetables\تجارب احتياطي بيجام_data_and_timetable-single

that means I should lower the constraints.
But how
How could I lower the  assigned constraints?

go to FET -> Data -> Activities
Select that activity, so you can see in the right window all directly related constraints to that directory.
Also think about indirectly constraints.

Choose one of that constraint and
a) lower/increase a value. (For Example "max hours" from 1 to 2. Or "min hours" from 2 to 1.)
or
b) delete one of that constraints
