How can I work on FET using the tablet

if it has windows, linux or mac os installed. Yes, you can do that.
if it have an other os you can try to compile the source and use it.

You can try to compile yourself. Please see the README in the fet directory. But with Android it will be more complicated. Please read Qt-Dokumentation about Android: http://qt-project.org/wiki/Qt5ForAndroid
