how to customize the fet

Hi,
How to customize the fet?
In which framework or environment did u design the fet?
I have been trying this in QT.
I want to change the main title name ie"Untitled-FET" but not able to do so.
Please help if u can?

I work in Midnight Commander editor.

One more thing I wanted to  ask was that where is it designed to create the fet.exe and fet-cl.exe.
fro ex-i want to change it as abc.exe.
