New Teacher Constraint

I use FET once a year to schedule classes for a state wide conference on a college campus for high school students.  Some of our teachers have disabilities, some lug a lot of equipment around, some are prima donnas.  I'd like a constraint that says either all teachers or individual teachers that have consecutive classes, they are scheduled in the same room. 

I tried using homerooms, but either I don't understand them, or they are broken in 5.28.0, I have not yet figured out which.

home room constraint should work fine.

they haven't got an effect, if:
... there are more then one teacher per activity (Because FET don't know which home room should be used)
... there are other space constraints effect that activity (Because home room constraint are only default room. Other constraints have got priority)
