One Activity with one compatible teacher

Hi

I am in trouble for Planning my own program :(
I am planning for some groups, exactly, for their Math courses. I have 3 years, each year has 4 groups (12 groups at all). Any group has Math in two separated section (2 hour for each section). Also there exists four teacher who can teach Math well.

I have bellowing conditions for planning:
1- It is not Important which teacher teaches Math in an specific groups. One of the teachers which have time to teach Math is OK (I do not want make constraint that an specific teacher have to teach for specific group, because in real wold, it is not important which teacher do it).
2- Any group have to be with one teacher in both sections (in each group the Math teacher have to be the same in both sections).

How can I apply these constraints in FET program?
It is OK if you can send me related file which these constraints are applied  (I am using windows platform) or help me do it.

about 1:
i fear you are wrong: it matter in real wold. Why:
a) from teachers view:
Because it is a big difference for me if i teach only groups in one year OR if i teach groups in all years. in the first case i only need to prepare lessons one time, because all the others are the same. in the other case i need to prepare 3 different lessons. so it is 3 times more work for me.
b) from students/teachers view:
it might be good or bad if you keep the same groups in the following (all) 3 years or if you always swap teachers every year.
Both are padagogic desicions. That is why most school plan this with the activity planning!

If you doesn't care about such padagogic questions, then you can't do that with the offical FET version. Please use the MAPR custom FET version.

about 2:
hmm... i think the easiest will be to enter just 1 setion/subject. Generate such a table and then just call the teachers/students that there are 2 sections/subjects.

about first, the teachers asked me to be in third years but actually it is not so important (at least for me!)!!! and I need it  :'(. Because without this option I have to plan with hand working again :-\.

about second, my teachers are not free and each one can teach in some predetermined days! What can I do now?

I mean how can I do for solving this problem:
