Hello,
I added the preferred room constraint ( I intended to make a conflict between two courses with same time slot and preferred room) but the result was succeeded and all the courses displayed as i set the time slot and room.
Ex:
Course 1:  (student group 1)                                          Course 2: (student group 2)
-> Monday, Period 1  (room 1)                                                                                        -> Monday, Period 1 (room 1)
-> Tuesdat, Period 2  (room 1)                                                                                        -> Tuesdat, Period 2 (room 1)

There are conflict in rooms ( the time slot is correct since they are in different groups but the room supposed to be reserved for another student group in those days).
I expect that i will get an error ( " Conflict in Course 1 & Course 2 they have same room).
Knowing that i set the weight percentage to 98%.

I set the weight percentage to 100% but something weird was obtained. In FET windows application the generation stopped and gave me a message with impossible solution with partial result, but when i ran it on the server the result was "Done successfully" and it supposed to give  an error message. Moreover,  the courses displayed as i set them ( Time slot and preferred room) with the same room in both courses ( Which they have conflict in periods).

Any one can discuss to me what was happened !!!

Thanks in advance.

The "windows application" behavior is correct.

The "server" behavior is "wrong". But "windows application" and "server" behavior should the same, since both use the same source. It is impossible that they are different.

I guess you done one or two bugs while using the "server". I guess the first bug is that you use an incorrect file. Maybe you just selected the wrong file and/or you forgot to save the file while you was working with the windows application. Maybe you also done a bug and checked the wrong results folder.

Please recheck that you didn't done those bugs.

Or did you modify the "server" software/code yourself? in that case you was coding incorrect.

If the error is reproduceable, then please attach a same file here and/or sent it to me or Liviu.
