MAX AND MIN TIME SLOTS FROM SELECTION FOR ALL TEACHERS

I have been having a very hard time when having constrain on
"a set of activities occupies min and max time slots from selection" for all teachers.I wish there can be a wholistic constrain like those on "max/min hours for all teachers" to ensure its not tiresome.Any help please?

Hmm, sorry, but this constraint needs to stay general. I cannot improve the interface for it.
