Constrain teacher work days for one free day (monday or friday)

What is the best way to constrain teacher work days for one free day, but free day must be on monday or friday. Now for such a teacher I'm making two versions of file, one with monday not available and second with friday not available for teacher. Maybe there is simpler way of doing this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Of course I don't like your solution.

The good way:

1) Add all activities of this teacher in a constraint max 3 days between activities. This was suggested previously by Volker in another topic, I think. This is the nicest solution.

2) Add an activity for this teacher with duration max hours per day, preferred times Monday or Friday.

Thank you very much! Setting the constraint max 3 days between activities is working just fine. I don't want to believe that it was that simple ;-)

OK, I send you examples, see the teacher Agnes (the first teacher) and the last activity (in file 2) and the last time constraint (in files 1 and 2).
