OLD Custom FET for mbarsan (Italian school)

This custom version is deprecated. Starting with versions 5.11.x (now there is available a snapshot for 5.11.0), there is a constraint teacher(s) min days per week, so no need for this custom version anymore.

FET variant for user mbarsan

Modification: constraint teachers min hours daily (mH) allows only one free day for teachers. This way, if you also constrain each teacher by max days per week=n_days_per_week-1, you'll get a timetable in which each teacher works n_days_per_week-1, with at least mH hours per day.

This is what user mbarsan requested.
