Adding 'Start of day'

Under time....teachers....a teacher/all teachers....max hours daily in an hourly interval for all teachers, i would suggest we have 'Start of day' virtually just like we have end of day.It will help while ensuring that for the first 4 sessions, a teacher can only have 3 sessions.With it,one can select it,and 2nd break for effective of the constraint when i need teachers never to have 4 sessions in a row even when there is a breaks.
Example....2 lessons,break, 2 lessons, 2nd break.

Interval is [a, b) like in mathematics, so a is included in the interval and b is not. Just select the 1st hour of the day as start and the 6th (? not sure, you know better) as end. Everything is possible to express in this notation.
