I deactivated all min days between activities constraints and the first 5 (I think) students activity tag max hours daily, and it solved. I attach a file and a solution (liviu5).

I am trying now on a better file, liviu6, in which I lowered the constraints of type activity tag max hours daily and min days between activities to 50%. It might solve, I got many 351/352 placed. If it solves, I'll let you know here.

It is late and I am tired. I will now try to sleep, and maybe see in the morning the results on liviu6.
