Team taught classes

I have been trying to figure out how to schedule team taught classes that are in a block taught with other teachers.

For example:
Teaching block contains 5 subjects taught by 7 teachers over 8 sessions for the week
4 of the subjects are taught by 5 teachers who each carry all 8 sessions
The last subject is team taught by two teachers who split the 8 sessions (50/50 - 4/4).

There are other instances of this in our timetable where the split for the 8 sessions of the team taught classes will be by 3 teachers (50/25/25 - 4/2/2).

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Very easy: Just add 2 teachers into the same activity.

There are other instances of this in our timetable where the split for the 8 sessions of the team taught classes will be by 3 teachers (50/25/25 - 4/2/2).

Also easy: Just add the needed teachers into the activities. You maybe need to use "modify subactivities".

This is of course possible. But a bit more complicated. It is very highly needed to understand the meaning of "years, groups, ans subgroups" correct. (Be carefull: Many guys missunadstand this at the beginning!) So please read this:

Thanks for the ideas but what you suggested did not work as the other teachers in the block were affected.

I did manage to figure out a way to get the team taught classes with a split load into the teaching block.
Teachers 1-5 and 6 (split load) - 4 sessions
Teachers 1-5 and 7 (split load) - 4 sessions

Unfortunately, I couldn't figure out how to restrict the entire teaching block to four days with 2 sessions each day. Thankfully, it is only one class that will meet twice for one day so we will probably leave it as is.

Maybe i understand "split load" different then you. I am not an native english speaker. Please explain more detailed.
Maybe you mean a fortnightly load? That is of course also possible. Check: http://www.timetabling.de/manual/FET-manual.en.html#id_36

It's very difficult to help without more information. Maybe sent an example, old timetable and/or your current file.

That is depending on your dataset.
If your data is very simple (same students and subject), then don't split the activity into 4 part. Just split it into 2 parts and increase duration of both parts up to 2. So you have only 2 days, but still 4 sessions.

If you have more difficult data, then you must care about the min n day constraint and maybe also add a same day constraint to that activities.
