Come mai non si chiude?

Buonasera,
    qualcuno mi da un aiuto a capire come mai non si riesce ad allocare, nel rispetto dei vincoli impostati, le attività previste? Allego il file .fet.

i fear you need to lower some constraints. at least you need to lower constraint, so that activity No: 372, Id: 380, Teachers: Papa, Subject: Italiano, Activity tags: , Students: 1 b is easier to place.
it's difficult to do an minimum example with your dataset. see attached file. you can see that i removed some constraints and it look like it is impossible.

You should also try to remove some "not available teacher times" and replace them by "max days per week".
