Yes, I think I got the initial question wrong. I think Volker's answer is what you mean. When adding a split activity, raise the weight of min days between activities constraint to 100%. And increase the weight of all the already inputted activities' constraints from the min days between activities constraints dialog (you can do that with a single click).

we did the same thing what you are suggesting and it has not generated the time table even after 1 hour

Maybe my answer above was after all correct and you need to add constraints min gaps (hours) between activities. Take care, you have a possibly wrong constraint with consecutive if same day = true, for activities 550-554.

Maybe Volker will understand better your problem.

PS: For teachers like TVR you have serious optimization problems, since you added a min days constraint for an activity split into 5 which can be placed only in 3 days. You need to add two constraints min days between activities in this case.

what ever the constraints we have given are unavoidable constraints
because 
1.Teacher TVR is a visiting faculty available only from monday to Wednesday.
2.The students set year 8A, 8B, 8C, 8D are available only on Monday to wednesday.
3. The students set year 4VLSI_VTU, 4 SP_VTU, 4DCN_VTU are available only on monday and tuesday.

Add two split activities instead of a single one for id-s 31-35. The first is divided into 3 per week and the second into 2 per week. The weight will be probably 100% for each.

Yes, there are many activities with total duration 5. All are splitted into single hours (1+1+1+1+1) even that is impossible to them. I recommend to split them into less subactivities.
So split them into 2+2+1 if the students are only allowed to have 3 working days. (or even into 3+2, but be carefull with the break; i think it is better if you split them only into 2+2+1 with 100%.)

The requirement here is

Each subject is of  5 hours/week and each Laboratory component of 3 hrs.
Each Teacher is allotted with 2 subjects and  lab component (minimum 1 and maximum 3 Lab component)

For the above condition is it advisable to split the activities as 1+1+1 and 1+1 separately for a subject of 5 hrs/week

wat you are specifying is for same subject, but teacher will have subject in other year also, what we want is teacher should not have consecutive activities in his individual time table.
