Difference between home room and home rooms

Hi, I want to ask that, is there any difference between home room and home rooms.
For example, I prefer teacher home rooms to teacher home room, is it effect speed of algoritm?

Home rooms means that FET can choose from the list of rooms. So it is easier for FET.
