Nice work. What software did you get to make that video?

Nice video.
If you have problems with importing csv data watch Daviodans video.
Check how daviodan correct field A1.

I just think it is maybe easier to generate the students sets with FET (especialy if you use "divide year automaticly") and use that exported csv file.

Also it is needed to write a value in the last column (weight). (Daviodan done that. i just want to say it is very important.)

Like you know i just like 100% weights. But of course you can use the default 95% setting of FET.

Add the end is a small shortcut possible.
You just need to import the students and the activities. (Subjects, teachers and activity tags are not needed to import, because if they are missing, but used in activities.csv then they will be created automaticly.)

Thank you for that work.

PS:
How about sound/voice in that video?

Now, entring redundant data will be much more easier

Unfortunately I do not know very well English. If anyone is interested , I can send the video file in avi format and post comments in English using the microphone.

I am trying to find a shortcut on importing data. I have one grade level set with teachers, activities, and constraints. I have 3 more grades to enter with almost identical info. Would this be the way to do it?

hmm... difficult to say without knowing your data.

you might copy and past the data in the fet file. but it might be a bit critical if you are not carefull.

an other variant might be exporting your data as csv.
then setup the students structure correct (years, groups, subgroups).
modify the csv activity data and import it.
so only the constraints are missing.
