Time Constraint for Activity tags

Problem 1: I am working on a university timetable and made the faculties Activity tags. Two Faculties with more than 100 activities want to start the lessons at 8.00 o'clock not at 9.00, the regular starting time for others. If there were Time constraints for the Activity tags I could have done this with no time. Is there any possibility we have time constrains for activity tags as well?

Problem 2: Is there any possibility that we can split the hour of any activity by MODIFYING it? Now it seems that it is not possible!

1. I am not sure I understand, but don't you have the constraint activities preferred time slots? (select activity tag). By "faculty" you mean "teacher"?

2. Unfortunately, you need to remove the activity and add it again. It is only a matter of interface, which was badly designed from the start.

By Faculty, I don't mean Teachers. Under the faculty there are 12 departments with 45 teachers and over 100 activities. For the "space constraint" I chose "the activity tag has preferred rooms" and I assigned all departments the rooms in their buildings. I want to do the same with  time SO I want to say " An activity tag has a preferred starting time" to make all activities in all departments in that Faculty to start the classes at the same time. ( There are faculties (departments) that they want to start at 8.00 and some others that they want to start at 9.00).

I think you need constraint activities preferred starting times, and specify only the activity tag.
