TeacherNotAvailableTime Bug

If there exist a TeachNotAvailableTime Tag which used a teacher which is not defined in input xml file (Teachers Section), FET will not find out it until it wants to run data.

I did not know it solved or not.

Thank you for your bug report! Unfortunately, there are too many places which I need to modify to fix similar bugs, so it won't be fixed for now.

Thank you for great job, Yes your right, beacuse this bug exists in StudentsNotAvailbleTime too. I just wanted to report it (as little help), timing and solving it is in your powerful hands.

Yes, and I think this bug exists in many other constraints, even for activities, like min days between activities constraint.
